1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Included Accessories: All original accessories, manuals, and promotional items must be returned with the product. For example, large displays like our 65" bezel-less Smart TVs must be returned with all mounting hardware and their dual angled stand legs included in the box.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Consumable items, such as opened Philips batteries or used cables, are not eligible for standard returns unless defective upon arrival.

2. Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is designed to address issues regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items quickly and efficiently:

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective Smart LED TV or a malfunctioning Philips accessory (Power Bank, Data Cable, Torch, or Battery), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchange Process: Once the defect is verified by our technical team, we will initiate an exact product replacement.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exact model is unavailable, we will offer a comparable model or a full refund.

3. Warranty Policy

Rudratech Electronics stands by the quality and durability of its products. We provide limited warranties to protect your investment:

  • Smart LED TVs: Covered by a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against panel and internal hardware defects.
  • Philips Accessories: Power Banks, Data Cables, and Torches carry their respective standard warranties against manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by physical mishandling, liquid spills, unauthorized repairs, voltage fluctuations, or normal wear and tear (such as battery degradation over time).
  • Claiming Warranty: To claim a warranty service, the original purchase invoice must be presented.
