Electronic waste (e-waste) refers to electronic products that have become unwanted, non-working, or obsolete. As per the E-waste Rule 2016, this includes equipment discarded by consumers or bulk consumers, as well as rejects from manufacturing, refurbishment, and repair processes.

Why Recycle? E-waste contains valuable, recoverable materials such as aluminum, copper, gold, silver, plastics, and ferrous metals. Conserving natural resources means reusing and recycling instead of landfilling. However, e-waste also contains hazardous materials like mercury, lead, cadmium, and chemical flame retardants, which can leach into soil and water if not handled correctly.

Our Recycling Process

We have tied up with BRP Infotech Pvt Ltd for the PAN-India collection of our e-waste, disposing of it at their plant in New Delhi. Customers can reach us at our Toll-Free No: 1800 258 7587.

Our representatives will explain the disposal process, direct you to the nearest drop point, and provide information about incentives for end-of-life products. For doorstep collection, our logistics or E-waste Solutions team will collect the items and channelize them to our partner plant for final processing.

The Do's

  • Check the life-cycle of your product on the Product Information Booklet.
  • Call the Toll-Free Number for queries about product take-back or recycling.
  • Hand-over e-waste only at the designated collection centre of the Brand.
  • Ensure you earn incentives from the brand for handing over e-waste correctly.
  • Accumulate unused electronics to hand over to the Brand or Registered Recycler.
  • Acknowledge buy-back and exchange programs from the Brand.
  • Drop scrap electronic parts (after replacement) at the service centre's e-waste drop box.
  • Remember our individual responsibility towards environmental conservation.

The Don'ts

Please do not throw any electronics (including batteries) into the garbage bin. It must be thrown only in designated bins.

  • Do not sell e-waste to scrap dealers or unauthorised agents for cash.
  • Do not dispose of e-waste in landfills or pits as an ill-treasure for the next generation.
  • Do not open unused electronics without expert supervision, as it can be hazardous.
  • Do not cut-open parts or components without brand representative's supervision.
